Beam Rifle Disintegration Spread + Incarnate Interface?

I was told just yesterday by an in-game acquaintance that indeed, Disintegration spread carries Reactive's damage proc with it. I can't confirm it personally, but I do trust the person who said it to probably be right about it.

American Steele: 50 BS/Inv
Nightfall: 50 DDD
Sable Slayer: 50 DM/Rgn
Fortune's Shadow: 50 Dark/Psi
WinterStrike: 47 Ice/Dev
Quantum Well: 43 Inv/EM
Twilit Destiny: 43 MA/DA
Red
Shadowslip: 50 DDC
Final Rest: 50 MA/Rgn
Abyssal Frost: 50 Ice/Dark
Golden Ember: 50 SM/FA
As I understand it, Interface has a chance to proc in anything that has an enhanceable damage effect. So, the easiest way to check would be to see whether damage enhancements affected spread damage. If so, then Interface should as well (or vice-versa).
It very much does. I love mai reactive on mai 50 Corr beamness. It's hawt. Also I'm speaking like an idiot.

Simple question. Guessing no, but...
If Disintegration spreads to other targets, do they also get a chance to be smacked by whatever Interface power I have as an Incarnate?
I'm not sure which one to take, given I'm ST-focused, but if I can AOE splatter the Interface around with more than just Cutting Beam, bravo.
