You should get one per month. However the dates are all screwed up right now.
You get the transfer on the 1st of the month. If you're not subscribed on the 1st of the month, you don't get that month's transfer. You'll see a number in the upper-right of your character select screen that indicates your transfers. You should have two if you've been subbed since Sept 13 (Headstart Launch).

if memory serves with VIP accounts we would get 400 pp points and 1 free character transfer token. am I mistaken?
If I´m not is anyone else not getting them.
I have received the PP points but not the character transfer.
Thought I would receive them the same day since it is a monthly thing.
Anyone know?
