I had the inkling to create a heavy duty debuffer for when my group runs 'Cudas and RSFs, so I thought about this combo.

I normally don't play Corruptors, I have exactly 1, a old Dark/Dark 50 that I haven't played since Issue 10, so I really have no idea how to build one. I whipped up the following build for him, went for extra damage, regen and a bit of recharge.. what do you guys think?

I liked that there were so many slots that were able to take Achilles' Heel - Chance for Res Debuff. Doesn't the rule of 5 apply here? Or is that just for set bonuses.

Thematically, I think Rad and poison go really well together. That perhaps, is what I like most about it.

Venomous gas currently accepts slots, but all it's powers do not respond to buffs. I've put the anchilles' proc, Lady Grey proc and one end reduction IO in mine (for plant/poison).

I also think that the Zephyr proc in SJ is plenty of KB protection. This would free up antidote for a more useful power if you were considering it.

The build doesn't have a form of stealth (not that it's absolutely necessary), but if you're going to do speed ITFs or LGTFs, you might not be able to keep up with the rest of the team. Perhaps SS with a stealth IO in place of antidote ?

Regardless of my personal preferences, I love the concept and what you've done with the build.

Rule of 5 is just for set bonuses and things that function like set bonuses (for example, the LotG 7.5% +Recharge IO).

That said, Achilles Heel does not stack with itself (from any caster) so too many of them in a build tends to be a waste.

It doesn't stack for the same user with the same power... but different powers should stack. So many may seem overkill but to me it's simply 'upping' the chance of the proc.

Not true.

Achilles' Heel does not stack with itself at all. The way that proc works is by granting the target a "power" which decreases all its resistances by 20%. Any given target can only have exactly one instance of the Achilles' Heel "power" at a time. It does not matter how many different powers you slot the proc into or how many different people are firing powers with the proc at a target, it will never have more than -20% resistance from Achilles' Heel.

It's usually totally sufficient to have it slotted into one or two fast-recharging powers that you use frequently.

Now, the Gladiator -20% proc works exactly the same way, in that it doesn't stack with itself... but it does stack with the Achilles Heel one. It's a bit pricey, but if stacked debuffs are what you're going for, it might be a worthy option.
