I made this build using SO's, as tat's about all I can afford, But I suppose I could use Generic IO's.

I plan to solo/team as it comes through praetoria then go redside and level to 50 there.

Hi Subject87

First off, your attacks are badly underslotted - you'll find yourself running more out of patience than out of steam in 20+level play as your damage wont be keeping up with the enemies you'll be fighting.

I'd also say drop the first aid pool to get the fighting one - you'll take less damage from the majority of enemies and with weave they'll hit slightly less often.

Flight is an odd choice for an electric type as one of their best defensive powers (Grounded) only works while in contact with the ground. Superspeed would work better unless your concept overrules that.
