WP/SS critique
Your attacks are very underslotted. The best attack, Footstomp, is woefully so.
I'd focus more on smashing/lethal defence and just let your regeneration take care of the others. The majority of the damage in the game has at least some component of smashing/lethal in it.
I'd also work on getting some recharge into there as the active mitigation from things like Footstomp is highly underrated.
A lot of your selections seem arbitrary, like slotting Fireball to get endurance recovery? Try using Kinetic Combat for Smashing/Lethal, Aegis for Fire/Cold, Eradication for Energy/Lethal. On my Willpower tank I have soft capped defences to everything and 56.3% global recharge. Plus the attacks are useful and fully slotted. Try making every power useful to begin with, making a real attack chain out of what you have so you can contribute something, then look at how you can get sets that keep your choices meaningful but improve you further. Jumping into IOs and making your powers useless isn't going to work.
You could be softcapped to all but Psi and with around 30-35% def to psi but, I saw a certain zest for additional hitpoints and regen in your build and spring attack helps in that with the type of slots you're able to put in it.
Spring attack is not something I rate but you could be playing a COH version of Marvel's "Toad" for all I know so in a way I worked stuff out and kept stuff in, in order to better work (well in my head) your concept.
I stuck haste in for all I done had rage not recharging too quick.

Hey guys,
I have been working on a WP/SS Tank for the past couple of months, and i have realized that my build was designed for PVE. I love my build as it is now for anything concerning PVE, but when it comes to PVP i know there are many flaws and things that are wrong. There are several things i know strait away are needed to become better at PVP. 1. I'm sure i will need quicksand. 2. I'm sure i will need more -def on SS and on fighting pool. 3. maybe getting rid of Rise to the Challenge? These are just thing i tohught are probably needed. Feel free to change this build in a way u think is better. So maybe you guys can help me make my build more PVP oriented...

I consider myself a seasoned player of City of Heroes, but I have been in and out of the game and have missed some content. Having not searched the official forums for help (just numbers and math from other sites and patch notes), I've built up my Tanker in this way. I've picked her powers mostly from a visual perspective (one hulking robotic arm being the primary focus).
I'm asking about this critique because, after looking on the forums recently, I am thinking about altering the build, hopefully for the better.
I am just curious if this build is adequate for the purpose of tanking.
