Rad/Rad Review and assistance

Hey all. I have created a build for my Rad/Rad Corr based upon advice from my SG mates and some stuff I've read here on the boards. I want to try and get this toon to be soloable but not at the sacrifice of Damage output and Debuffability on teams. Some of the sets can be changed around a bit, and money isn't an issueish (Don't go balls out, but if there is a set that I need for sure, i'll be able to get it, and no purples)

With that here is the build. I was told to build for Recharge and Damage so my debuffs can come back online quickly. Some of the power choices are weird only because I couldn't figure out what to take at certain levels.

try this on for size, it might fit your goals better and wont be as a pain in the *** later of if you decide to do any exmping while still having the powerfull recharge and damage you want. Also FYI assault on a corrupter is a 15% bonus damage perma for one power slot. With the bonuses in my build you get to 31% damage and 60% global recharg . At least on mids it is.
Sure you can use manuvers to get a 13% rech bonus but thats a power and 6 slots. The way I do it, is can I play the charector at multiple levels with the powers slotted to the right amount of complete damage and survivability.

I like it, my only issue is will I be able to keep my end up without the Performace Shifter Proc?

and Which Alpha and Interface should I be going for with this toon?

EDIT: I also just noticed that you took out EM Pulse. Was curious as to why, as I have heard from many people that EM Pulse is leagues better the Atomic Blast even though it does no damage. I'd like to be able to keep it, but if enough people think it isn't necessary, i'll drop it.

I personally didnt like em pulse. Its an okay power but even in the build I showed you if you sub it in you only get the recharge down to 112 seconds off a 300 second base. Then there is the fact that you have to 5 slot it and slots are tight in this build with the power selection shown. Which in turn it is hard to take from any other powers cause then you run the risk of not being at full damage or loosing a set bonus that you need. But thats just my opinion, if you want to try and fit it in it is your charector after all.

On the performance shifter proc, I didnt even notice it in the powersink power, cause that proc if your trying to use it how you think it does, does not go in that power. If you want to use that proc its better by far to put it in stamina. The reason being that the proc will only trigger in power sink some of the time when you activate power sink, and will not be reliable at giving you +end. But say if you put it in a auto power like stamina, every time it has a chance to proc it will have more of a chance to do so more often, giving you more end overall.

On Alpha, I personally prefer the cardiac total core revamp especially on the charectors that have lots of toggles, but realistically thats up to you to decide since my playstyle tends to be more conservitive, with some balls to the wall mixed in ocasionally.

I had the +end in both Power Sink and Stamina, so IDK if you started a build from scratch and just missed it, or took it our of Stamina on purpose when you redid my build, hence why I asked. I'm probably gonna put stam back to atleast the +end proc if not the Set bonus as well. Extra run speed never hurt anyone.

With the second build above there are a few problems.. As a Debuff you want you ability up all the time. Some of your ability's do stack... Hasten should be perma if you have it.. that will increase recharge by 70%. That's alot. Also you barely have any defense...On alot of these TF and Soloing Defense/Resist will keep you alive... Try to get recharge has high as you can get it. if you can get S/L Defense to maybe around 20% that's better then nothen... Also put maybe 2 more Lotg +recharge in there some where. Another. Most abilitys do not need 6 slots..
