Okay.. this just got screwier. I logged out exactly where you see her in the pictures. When I logged back in, I was in the building across from where I entered the court and the problem was gone.

It is most likely an issue with your video card drivers. Which video card and which drivers are you using?
The ghost image problem cleared up on a restart of the game... It was just really wierd.

This is really bad.. and my drivers are up to date. I've never had this issue before and I don't know what to do. I logged in with a character in the hospital and didn't move. Logged back out and logged in with a new character in PI. I noticed there was a light ghost image of the hospital lobby overlayed on the world. You can see a faint emergency sign in the upper left corner and the elevator doors on the right. (See below)
I went out the door and then flew up. The ghost imaged changed to the PI Courtyard that I got the moment the screen came back.
It turned into night and the image REALLY got bad.
My card is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5870 and the drivers are up to date. I don't have this issue with anything else.
