So how longs it take?

Was it confirmed you have to wait until the end of your time to get your points/rewards which doesnt make sense at all? (actually it does since you have to resub again just to use what you paid for)

1. server transfer - the first time you log in on/after the first of the month
2. paragon points - on your billing date (if your billing date was the 1st-11th, you got it on the 12th and the theory is your points will "walk back" until they align with your billing date)
3. reward token - on your veteran reward date which is not necessarily the end of your billing date but does come at the "END" of a vet month not the "beginning" of a vet month (send in a petition and a GM can tell you your vet date)

However, the whole system except the server transfer is buggered right now and people are getting things early/getting things late/not getting things at all/getting things extra times. SSSOOOOOoooo.... who knows???

Barring major (but fairly rare) SNAFUs you should get your stuff once a month. The details are in flux, but that's pretty much the best rule of thumb to use.
