'New Posts' button and the forum cookie bug

I just ended up opening the various forums I visit in seperate tabs, and bookmarking them all under one folder. After I log in, I now go to Bookmarks > CoH Forums, and click Open All In Tabs.
That way, if I get logged out, I can re-log in, and still see the new threads in forums I visit.

Howdy folks.
As some of us are having to deal with... there's that little 'I don't remember you!' forum bug goin' about.
One of the symptoms, besides it constantly wanting you to reenter your username and password, is that the 'New Posts' button either can't display any new posts (because, of course, you've not been here before, right?) or if you were hanging about, the last 10 minutes or so, if there were any new posts... which equals perhaps 3 of them.
Quite annoying, to me anyway.
So... the fix is this:

I made it a favorite in my favorite bar. After signing in (so I get the red interface), I pop that button, and I get the last 24 hours of posts.
In case that helps anyone. It's made me sane* again, so there's proof it's beneficial!
/ *-only in relative terms, my 'sane' is probably different from yours.
