Though, with the convoluted mess that is the current state of rewards (i.e. transfers at the beginning of a month, tokens at the end of a billing cycle, points rewarded lord-knows-when), I just picture the below scene whenever I think of the billing guys in Texas...

Suggestion:
Put the Paragon Reward date on the account page.
Reasoning:
Back when we had the Veteran Rewards System we were told when to expect the next Veteran Rewards. The following screenshot was taken from Feb 2010 (identifying stuff sanitized):
Yes, we now should expect the token monthly. Yes, it is a complicated calculation. Guess what? The Account System should have this information already. If it doesn't, then I would suggest firing the people responsible for building it due to incompetence. It should be a simple matter to display the expected reward date as web pages have been doing things like this since the beginning pages displaying server side information. I'm not speaking as a player here, I'm speaking as a professional web developer.
This would also cut down on a lot of support tickets due to player confusion.
Summary:
Put a Paragon Rewards Date where the Veteran Rewards time was.
