Inventions 30day battery only?

It's true. It's a permanent unlock when you reach Paragon Reward Tier 7 bonus, but otherwise, you'll have to keep buying 30 day licenses or go VIP.
One thing you can do is, if you're not using your second build, is to utilize that for an SO-only build, so you can save your IO build for if/ when you want to pick up a license, go VIP, or hit Tier 7. Talk to any trainer in-game about your 2nd build.
People who weren't using the market beforehand aren't really going to change the market's behaviour by not using it now.
Without the tier 7 token rewards or an invention license, all of the IO's slotted in my characters were grayed out. I wasn't getting the enhancement values from any of them. The only set bonuses I had were coming from purples and PvP IO's.
What that would do to the market for IO's, I can't say. I was under the impression that the invention system was either 'on or 'off,' and if it was off then a player wouldn't get recipe or salvage drops from mobs either. If that's the case, then the froobs wouldn't really factor into the IO economy.
I think one of the main reasons the reward tier was set so high was to make going VIP more appealing. To a lesser extent, it deters RMT farmers from using the market for their own ends (at least not without spending $2 / month). The dedicated players (VIPs or Tier 7s) can access it all they want.
That being said, people can still play the game for free, which is more than what they could do a month ago. Using a 2nd build to slot SOs is just one of those bullets free players will have to bite unless they want to spend $2 a month for a license or $15 to access everything.
Do to the fact I don't have a "Free" account I can double check this but in the last 48hour I have come across many returning player who have Inventions Enhancements already Slotted in power but No longer can get the "Set Bonus" due to the fact they don't have the "Invention License". Can Any double check this? Because If Invention Stop working after 30day. I'm only going to get SO from now on, so the WW market going drop out due to the fact nobody going want to buy any.
