It doesn't. My friend looked everywhere and didn't have the store folder. So why he's getting that error, I have no idea.

Have him go into the file browser again.

Click Alt+T to bring up the Tools menu
Click on Folder Options
Go to the View tab
Check "Show hidden files, folders, and drives"
Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)"
Click OK

Then browse into C:\users\Guto\AppData\Local\ and see if he sees the VirtualStore folder.

He's using windows vista so there's no tool box in the search menu.

Nevermind, found it. Deleting the VStore folder didn't fix anything. He got the same error.
