Ok so i have my first 50 scrapper and I want to make sure I can play him however I want, whether it is solo, farming, AV, and trials without issue. INF isn't an issue, only finding the IO's available is. Please take a look at my build and lend some of your Scrapper spines/dark experience to it.

A few things I see:

2 Fury of the gladiator sets have pretty poor set set bonuses for PBAOE attacks. I can see using the -res in either quills or deathshroud but the rest of the set is junk.

acrobatics is overkill for KB. Its also useless as a set mule power.

its probably better to focus on def than other things. Accolades will get you better +max hps than sets will, but there are no +def accolades.

Here is a spines/dark build that has 40% melee def and should be pretty close to your build for all other things.
