When you are in the appropriate zone you will see the contact on your map. Mouse over the contacts you see until you find the one that has "(Who Will Die Part 1)" beside their name.
The first one is by the police station in Sky-ways.The second is approx 420 yards fron the station he stands by the road dressed in the Victorian gear

They oddly appear as trainers. Click on the drop down menu on the mini-map and make sure you have the trainers enabled to show. You can also easily find them if you temporarily turn on names because they have really long names because the name of the arc is included in the name.

Yeah, the one in Talos is by the Vault reserve.
The villainside for Parts 1 and 2, Alastor is in Diable, bottom of the map near the middle, pretty easy to spot he stands by himself on a pier. The 2nd one is in Sharkhead, right around the Ferry
How the heck do you find the contact???
I see all this who will die propaganda, but not in one spot does it say who the contact is, or im just not looking right.
