The Captcha stuff is very annoying and sometimes impossible (I have had it ask for Greek letters, hard to do on an English keyboard.) Unfortunately the only thing I can suggest for that is either have it say the words it want (I think their version includes the verbal set up, for people that can't see) or keep refreshing it until you get stuff you can understand. And remember it is case sensitive. It makes a difference if it is a capital letter or a small one.
For the second, I had the same issue, the security questions wouldn't let me in, despite having the correct answers. I had to call NCSoft's tech support and have them reset the questions for me again.

I'm very sure those letters were correct. I think it's bigger problem. Support is not answered anything after a couple of weeks.

Also has he logged in since the account rename for EU accounts? - if not try adding the letters EU before his account name. e.g. if his account name was Player try logging in to EUPlayer with the same password as previously

Hi all.
My friend has bad problem. He resetted his password and got the new one ok in email but he cannot log in to NC-soft account page. When he tries to log in the page asks that annoying twisted text box thingy. He tried it many times but still it says nonono... you are nothing. I tried to help with those words and I'm very sure they are correct. Still nothing. He made new free account and can use that ok but in original account has all big level toons and veteran rewards etc.
My other friend can play the game as premium user but cannot log in Account page and buy more game time. It asks those secret questions and she said they are absolutely correct.
I think those both situations are very similar. Both have been in long break.
