AE Store - Large Inspiration reward broken?

It is my understanding that unless you have Tier 8 unlocked for a Premium account you cannot get large inspirations. So, this appears to be working as intended.
Main Character: Ice/Storm/Ice Controller (Justice, 1340 badges)
If it is, then the option to attempt to buy Large insps should be removed if the player cannot receive them

Check out one of my most recent arcs:

or one of my other arcs including two 2010 Player's Choice Winners and an2009 Official AE Awards Nominee for Best Original Story
I tried /bugging this, but got a message back from Support saying Premium accounts don't get support... kind of strange.
Anyway, when my Premium accounts buy Large Inspirations from the AE ticket store, Medium Inspirations are awarded instead. This doesn't happen with VIP accounts. Bug? Feature? Known Issue?
If anyone knows that would be great!
