they are awarded through the paragon rewards, i have not seen anywhere you can claim more of them, you can buy the permanent version of the mish tp though which is prolly why the charges are not buyable
OK, somehow or another I got a power that was a Mish Teleporter with 5 charges on it.
Not the Mish TRANSporter (with the long recharge), this one had 5 charges with no delay in the use of each charge.
I cannot find this on the Paragon Market. Is it there?
