Maybe you dont know the new trend of the game?
We got maintenances and servers off like 2-3 times a week, between 2 and 6 hours.
You get used to it. I can only play some mornings and thanks to that even less.
My gameplay got reduced to couple of hours a week if lucky.

Generally, thursday is for patches/updates and tuesday is for pure maintenance, unless (like today) they see the need to use tuesdays downtime to do a live publish.
Frankly i dont mind in the slightest that they have 2 windows, as long as they keep the down-time to <4hrs... Having those 8-12hrs downtimes (that got delayed -every- time) before Freedom launch was a massive pain..

Server Maintenance Times
The regular server maintenance will take place once a week on THURSDAY FROM 4:00 A.M. PACIFIC / 7:00 AM EASTERN / 12:00 P.M. BRITISH / 13:00 CENTRAL EUROPEAN TO 6:00 AM PACIFIC / 9:00 AM EASTERN / 2:00 P.M. BRITISH / 15:00 CENTRAL EUROPEAN.

The real reason there are two downtimes per week, when the above says maintenance is once a week on Thursday, is because the powers that be in charge of this stuff know that I have two days off a week...Tuesdays and Thursdays 
Sigh.
