If someone doesn't answer it for you in the meantime, I can look up #1 when
I get home from work.
My default "switch to Human" bind automatically places me in Energy Flight.
I don't use Quantum Flight at all - never went back to it after the changes
made to it's Phase back in I-4 or I-5, so, can't help you on that one.
The (obvious) question I'd ask is what's wrong with the binds you posted ?
It seems to me you could simply pull out the "goto tray" part if you don't want that.

Sorry for the delay, had a mini crisis with the house Water Heater that took some
attention the past couple days - yech.
Anyway, this bind works on my PB:
/bind key "powexec_toggle_off White Dwarf$$powexec_toggle_off Bright Nova$$powexec_name Combat Flight$$powexec_name Energy Flight"
It switches you to Human form (from either Nova or Dwarf) and puts you in Energy Flight.
Press it again for Combat Flight (ie. Hover)
Note that it's basically the same as your "f" bind without the Goto Tray command.

I retreated from my primary server about 6 months ago to get a fresh start on new toons etc. Since leaving, I also stopped PvPing for awhile and now am interested in getting back into it. One of my favorite toons to PvP with has always been my PB and with the current changes I did a respec and am slowly buying the new IOs.
As part of this, I cleared all my old binds to start from scratch, but I never was great with making them. Like before, I used the guides on the forums to make what I needed. Anyways, Im looking for a bind that does something like the following, without the "goto tray" function:
/bind f “goto_tray 1$$powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_off white dwarf$$powexec_name combat flight$$powexec_name energy flight”
Turns off Nova and Dwarf, switches to power tray 1, and activates Energy Flight. Pressing the button again will switch you to Combat Flight. I also have added into my bind “powexec_toggle_off sprint” to save on endurance if I activate flight from a sprinting mode.
I basically want to switch from Nova in mid battle to Human for heals without dropping out of the sky, heal up and then be able to switch back to Nova with minimal fuss (I already have the heals on binds).
Also something along the following without the "goto tray":
/bind numpadenter “goto_tray 1$$powexec_toggle_off bright nova$$powexec_toggle_off white dwarf$$powexec_name quantum flight”
Turns off Nova and Dwarf, switches to power tray 1 , and activates Quantum Flight. Having it bound to the numpad enter key makes it a quick and easy panic button to reach. I also add to this one “powexec_toggle_off shining shield$$powexec_toggle_off sprint$$powexec_toggle_off super speed” to save on endurance.
Any assistance would be great and I appreciate it in advance.
