Did you delete from the "current room" tab?
Sometimes there are small things that get forgotten, or stuck in a wall.... You can delete anything you don't see from the "current room" tab (on the side of the pane where you pick your items and such).

Usually you get the "must delete first" message only if you have a 'Crafted' or a 'Veteran Reward' base item, no?
Regular items have always just deleted along with the room for me.

Ok so I am trying to delete my communication room and re-do it but i keep getting am essage that i have items that i have to delete first before i can delete the room. So i deleted the 4 items and went to try it again and still getting the message, what do i do
