Spring Attack does 0.67 mag knockback. If knockback is below 1.0 it just does knockdown. Slotting a Knockback IO set will get that knockback number above 1.0 so Spring Attack will cause knockback in that situation.

1. I believe it is knock down, just like Shield Chard and Lightning Rod.
2. Adding knockback enhancements to a knockdown power pushes the power into knockback. (Note: knockdown may still occur, but there is no way to slot for knockdown)

Technically speaking there is no such thing as knockdown. What is typically called knockdown is just knockback with a magnitude that doesn't cause any horizontal movement. Adding +knockback enhancements, fighting lower level enemies, and fighting enemies with a vulnerability to knockback (I think Primal Clockwork have this) can all turn 'knockdown' into 'knockback.'

Is this power Knock back OR knockdown and if it is knockdown does adding the Knock back power set increase the ability to knock down OR knock back OR BOTH? does the same apply for other knock down powers also?
