Can you make any new characters in for your AE missions?

You can now create costumes that include "locked" bits. If you want them you have to buy them.
Could it be that? Look and see if you have any little "lock" symbols and either buy the piece or change it.
I just came to find out if anyone else was getting this error message. By reselecting each costume piece I was able to determine that the Imperial Defense Hat was causing the "character has an invalid costume" error, but I wondered why.
The entire Imperial Defense costume set is bugged in AE. Should be fixed in the next update or two.

I kept trying to make a contact for my AE mission, but it won't let me save the costume or create it. I keep getting a message that says the load failed, "costume is not valid or something like that. You guys have this problem?
