Well, you are at a point where every little detail would need to be gone over because its reaching a point where a re-install of windows will answer more questions vs time wasted trying out different things.

We can't mind read what your situation is, we can only come up with possible conclusions based on what info you give us. Having done support over the phone and in person support, I often see very different things than what is described.

Based on the earlier posts you had an 8400 GS, GT 520 and GT 430 in your machine and a power supply swap out? So lots of things have the potential of mucking things up. Software issues, hardware issues we need to start on tracking down the issue.
