Can I get to First Ward once I leave Praetoria?

Guys, I have a level 23 character and have considered leaving Praetoria for Primal Earth. However, there is a lot I haven't done in First Ward yet and I don't want to miss out.

Can someone confirm for me, if I leave Praetoria and go to Primal Earth, can I still visit First Ward.

Also, can I use Pocket D to get myself back to Praetoria if I wanted?

Yes and yes.

I've brought toons over from Rogues Isles and Paragon City to both Nova Praetoria and First Ward. You can definitely bring any toon from there originally or who left Praetoria back.

Just head to Cap or Talos, hop the portal to the Underground, then a few feet away into the door to First Ward.

Yeah once you port over to Primal Earth you'll actually get tagged by the respective contact about First Ward
