super reflexes scrappers
Quickness boosts your recharge by 20%. Just for comparison, an SO enhancement is around 33%. Just in case you're not familiar with how recharge works, you should check out the article on ParagonWiki. 100% recharge won't make powers recharge instantly, but, recharge in half the original time. Recharge enhancements also have zero impact on animation times.
Quickness is definitely a very nice power.
And just because it annoys me, Scrappers are Melee primary/Defensive secondary, so it would be Street Justice/Super Reflexes, not the other way around

Just as an aside, quickness also increases run speed (and is slottable for run) which can also help with any combo-based set by allowing you to move between targets quicker. One thing that you'll find when you play SR scrappers with quickness for a long enough period of time is that most other things without run speed buffs seem to run in slow motion.
Quickness also has 40% slow/recharge debuff resistance. Not directly relevant, just another effect of the power.

I was wanting to make a SR/SJ scrapper and I was wanting to know how well the quickness power increases your attack rate.
How well does quickness work for you?
Was thinking that SR/SJ and having quickness you would be able to do some really fast hits.
Any suggestions is much appreciated, also was thinking of rolling a willpower/street justice tank or scrapper for concept.
