Anyone else having problems with fake Nems counting towards the Unveiler badge?

I've been checking progress - and it seems that many Fake Nems i defeat do not increment the counter.

I haven't been able to find a pattern - this occurs in missions, on PI streets, whether they are a boss or a lt., and whether or not they managed to activate PFF before being defeated

I did /bug this, but wondered if it's just me or if others are seeing it and if anyone knows a possible cause or fix?

Same for me had to go to that place in teh shards to complete it.
