When Exactly Should I recieve my PP and PRT?

We were awarded them early, at the launch of I21. Starting in October the cycle will be as expected (i.e., you'll receive them on your billing date).

I dont know, my billing date is on the first (they already took my money) but no rewards yet.

wow if this is really how it is this sucks thie big one.
This aint a "vet program" any more it's a "spend so much money get free shiney program" now and as such the token should be awarded right when they take the money.
No ifs ands or buts.
It's how support explained it works at the moment but we know it's not how the dev team wants it to work. They've said the want the Tokens from all pre-paid time rewarded at purchase but technical limitations prevented it, so once they figure that out it should change.

So, if I read this correctly, my old "Veteran Reward" date was on the 15th, so that's when I should expect to receive my new Reward Token, correct?

My billing cycle is on the 30th of every month... this past cycle.. September 30th my sub renewed as usual but no points or reward tokens were awarded. I was under the impression that we'd receive our points and token each billing cycle. Is this not the case or did I miss something somewhere?
