...out of curiosity, did you perhaps not actually look in the announcements forum? Heck, there's even a discussion thread in the announcement discussion forum, so there was TWO places to look for it. I am honestly flabbergasted when people say things like what's in the quote.
Are announcements really that hard to find? Am I just too acclimated to the "find announcements in announcements forum" way of things that the rednames almost always use around here? (and by almost always, I really do mean "almost always" - there are very, VERY few announcements that don't get put in Announcements)

Yes, there are tons of topics, 56, but what is especially hard is that 31 are sticky and after I read 10 or so of the non-sticky list I switched to the sticky list, then back.
The topic also has a single distinctive word that is different from the other topics.

I have to admit, I didn't actually see the invasion announcement post upon a quick first glance of the announcement forum either. But I knew they'd posted it to the CoH Facebook page, so I went there to get the direct link and post it here. 
After I did that, I went back to the announcement forum and saw it then.
The announcements are hard to find. Could anybody link the invasion schedule?
