edit. Now I remember. I was online last time last monday. Everything worked ok. Account page says VIP until: 22 Nov 2011

Same thing for me ... I'm VIP ... got a email last night that my account expired ... then another email that a 3 month subscription was paid for ... I didn't do that. I log into the game and all the characters are locked ... Not VIP ... what?!?!
Are you logged in to Defiant? If so, everyone on Defiant is currently only recognised as a free player with no months to their name.
