Fix for 'Out of Memory' Crash

QQ necropost... It's an 8 year old problem that's never been fixed, and needs to be.
(p.s. this "fix" in this post only delays the inevitable "out of memory" deals, or even the game slowly grinding to a halt for no reason bit)

Other people never had any problems with Vista, and the crashing I had on my dad's comp were never heard of.
Look at the crashes and issues with Bethesda games Oblivion, Fallout 3, New Vegas, and even Skyrim, and people can have crashes and lockups that baffle people with the same rig, ram and settings but never see the same kind of bug someone else will.
People have all manner of computers and with all their different settings different issues can happen quite easily.
