Base icons/SG emblem is broken

I have no idea why they haven't updated the Known Issues [Live] stickied post from this forum section. It's rather confusing.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Currently, our base is showing the wrong emblem on all the emblem items - It refuses to show anything but the biohazard emblem, no matter what the SG emblem is set to.
What gives? A petition answer from a GM said it was a known problem, but i don't see anything in the issues list and the recent patch didnt fix it either.
