Frankenslotting Ninjas
Don't really have an improvement, just a slotting that's almost as good but much easier on the bank balance:
Blood Mandate Acc/Dam, Dam/End, Acc/Dam/End; Sovereign Right Acc/Dam; 2 slots for procs, uniques, etc.
Gives you 73.78% accuracy, 95.11% damage, ~45% endurance (mids bug is hiding the exact value from me), all for about 3-4mil inf per pet power.
Does mean a bit less mez enhancement for the Oni though - although you can slot a generic hold IO as one of the two spare slots, since as you say there's not an abundance of procs etc to put in there.
I'm having a hard time finding a better Frankenslotting for Ninjas than ... this:
Level 1: Call Genin
(A) HamiO: Nucleolus Exposure (+2 Acc/Dam)
(3) HamiO: Nucleolus Exposure (+2 Acc/Dam)
(3) Blood Mandate - Accuracy/Damage/Endurance: Level 50
(5) Endurance Reduction IO: Level 50
(11) Edict of the Master - Defense Bonus: Level 15
(46) Soulbound Allegiance - Chance for Build Up: Level 50
Level 12: Call Jounin
(A) HamiO: Nucleolus Exposure (+2 Acc/Dam)
(13) HamiO: Nucleolus Exposure (+2 Acc/Dam)
(13) Blood Mandate - Accuracy/Damage/Endurance: Level 50
(15) Endurance Reduction IO: Level 50
(15) Achilles' Heel - Chance for Res Debuff: Level 10
(17) Touch of Lady Grey - Chance for Negative Damage: Level 21
Level 26: Oni
(A) HamiO: Nucleolus Exposure (+2 Acc/Dam)
(27) HamiO: Endoplasm Exposure (+2 Acc/Mez)
(27) HamiO: Peroxisome Exposure (+2 Dam/Mez)
(29) Blood Mandate - Accuracy/Damage/Endurance: Level 50
(29) Endurance Reduction IO: Level 50
(31) Sovereign Right - Resistance Bonus: Level 25
The basic formula of 2x Acc/Dam HO, 1x Acc/Dam/End Set IO and 1x End Rdx IO yields for only 4 slots (@ Level 50) ...
- Accuracy: 91.12% (pre-ED: 94.46%)
- Damage: 91.12% (pre-ED: 94.46%)
- Endurance: 63.6%
... which then leaves room for 2 Proc IOs in Genin and Jounin. A variant of this formula yields +72.93% (pre-ED: 73.26%) additional Hold and Immobilize durations for Oni's Ring of Fire (immobilize) and Char (hold) attacks at the cost of one of the available Proc IOs. Considering the fact that there really aren't any (good) Proc IOs "remaining" for Oni to make use of, this seems like a decent tradeoff. Can anyone "improve" on this?
