3 heal asap, if you have slots to add extra -to hit that's gravy. I generally IO it with 3 numina then 2 dark watcher's if you have the slots

Thanks. I figured that is what I was doing wrong. I was fully slotted for -tohit. That helps.

I didn't slot RttC for any -to hit on my WP tank. I pushed healing to ED cap, and then slotted some taunt. With the weakness of the taunt aura, I wanted to get any help I could, and it has made a considerable difference in my ability to hold aggro.
I have a few WP toons and they never seem as awesome as other people's version. I am thinking I don't use Rise to the Challenge correctly. Is the best slotting for this regen heavy?
