Here's the bugs I've encountered
1. I'm not getting any sound from powers, glowies etc.
2. Clickable objects and targetable objects are invisible.
3. Power effects and auras are invisible.
4. Capes and costume auras are invisible.
5. Fog of War keeps returning to cover zones I've cleared.
Now while the last three are annoying, the first two have made it virtually impossible to complete any mission where there is an objective that needs to be clicked on to complete.

If it's WAI, I've got speculations on why they can't pay rent but they could easily be wrong.
1) The Map has all option unselcted by default. New players may not even know to set them.
2) Every zone I enter, the fog of war returns, even if I have "Revealed" that map previously. All of hte City zones do this.
3) Not a bug, but should be...Free accounts cannot pay base rent. It's idiotic.
