Could we please have the Roman/Spartan costume pieces added to the Paragon Market for new characters? Seems a little unfair to have Vanguard costume pieces for sale and not the ones unlocked by the Imperious TF. Some of those pieces (namely the plume crest and helmet mast) are iconic and necessary for the StJ/Shield Brute I intend to make.
The only instances of double-buying I've heard of involve previously bought boosters.
Which most of us will have at the moment :/
As for the roman stuff? Currently, at least, the vanguard stuff is there already because they already had a "pack" set up (from the loyalty anniversary gift). Either try catching a U-Stream or PM Posi or Z, and they might be able to get you an answer to if they would put up a roman pack sometime soon.

There are a couple of items I hadn't noticed before: aura unlock and cape/back item unlock. Does anyone know if these are character items or account items?

I may be weird this way, but I don't like to change my characters' costumes. After I spend 20 levels looking at them, I'm used to them. If a character needs a cape to look right, then I don't create that character at all, or at least not that look, because I wouldn't want to go 20 levels looking wrong. Not that 20 levels is as long as it used to be. Still, being able to put on capes and auras at level 1 will make it a lot easier for me to use them at all, and gives me a lot of inspiration for new characters.
Same thing with the second costume slot. Sometimes being able to switch costumes is a fundamental part of the idea of the character, so I'm looking forward to being able to do that from level 1 without all the fuss about Halloween salvage.
Now I just need a bunch more points. October is looking a long ways away, and they'll probably have a new powerset by then anyhow. What do they expect me to do, just buy a bunch of points???

This is probably their top priority fix, since it's a horrible UI.
