What if I were to go Hero? (SSAQ)

Each of the signature story arcs are actually independent arcs. They don't depend on each other mechanically, only in terms of their story.
You should be able to bounce between the sides quite easily, just as note, the rewards would still share the same cooldown.
Also, once the arc is introduced they remain in game, they aren't time limited

If I were to change alignment from Villain all the way to a Hero shortly after the next SSA mission, what would I do? Would I need to start the Hero SSA? Could I? Both in the fact that I'd started the Villain one, and do the SSA missions stick around after the next one has been released?

Mr. Bocor has fallen victim to a group of hooded vigilantes who have been plaguing Port Oakes, interfering with illegal operations and pacifying villain's powers. He demands that revenge is taken on these miscreants and his powers are returned! You look like just the villain for the job. Challenging.
