No, pre-i21 rewards are based off of Veteran Rewards badges. More info:

So if I would have subscribed for the one month that freedom went live I would have had it all converted. That kinda stinks..
But just so I am clear, according to the chart I should have 9 or 10 Paragon Rewards issued to me for being a 24 month sub?
Subbing the month when Freedom went live (which is this month, September) doesn't make a difference. All accounts, active or inactive, were treated exactly the same way.
You should have 10 for past sub time, plus 1 for having an account, plus 1 for having one or more retail codes applied to your account (1 token max, not 1 per box code).

Controller Access: Yes
Salvage: +3 (+11 Total)
Vault: +3 (+9 Total)
Recipe: +2 (+5 Total)
Auction House: +1 (+2 Total)
It looks like I would have to hit Tier 7 to actually have access to the invention system. Otherwise I will need to buy that monthly. Yuck. At least I can use this account to invite my own characters to my SG.. Yay, no more need for those crazy things called friends.
Like I said before, you should have *12*. 10 for past sub time, 1 for having an account, and 1 for owning one or more box codes.
edit: Additionally, the variable number of tokens based on previous subscription time is then described in the "Converting from Veteran Rewards" section.

Couple of more questions.
I see all these +2 Salvage +1 Recipe Bonus'.
If a premium player has access to +2 Salvage is that 2 Salvage Total or does their salvage storage still increase further based on level and badges?
I noticed the drops don't seem to change past Tier 1, do premium players get salvage and recipe drops, or is that part of Invention System subscription?
What are they supposed to do with these drops if they don't have access to Auction House or Invention System?

That's in addition to natural storage increase while leveling and bonus storage through badges.
Everything related to Inventions requires the Inventions fee (salvage, recipes, crafting, slotting, using). If they don't have the Inventions fee, they don't get these features, therefore they don't need to do anything with them. If they do have the Inventions fee but not the Auction fee, they have to sell directly to players or just vendor them. (You get the Auction reward unlock before the Inventions reward unlock so there is no oddity with that one.)

I wonder if the devs are going to do something about SO droprates since they lowered those due to all the recipe/salvage drops. Players who don't get recipe drops are really gonna feel it.

They have never lowered, that I recall, the SO droprate. Any changes to enhancement drop rates were to TOs and DOs, and only once you were well into the DO and SO drop ranges, respectively, as even pre-inventions many considered the TOs and DOs trash at those points.|

Ok so my search fu feeling weak, because I haven't been able to find what I am looking for.
I have a secondary account that my wife used to play that has 2 years of paid time on it. Will this account start as premium with 2 years worth of Paragon Rewards?
If the answer is yes what features will this account have access too. I recall there being an official guide that Paragon Studios made on their site, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it.
Any help is appreciated.
