means that you need to wait until it would have run out to get it? i.e. Until the 'billing' date.

I think it means the next billing date, once the time you just paid for runs out, you'll get your points and token.

Which i think is absolutely daft, but ho hey...
Yesterday i paid for my next months worth of play and as far as i know/understand, i'ld get the 550 [because tier 8] paragon points PLUS an extra paragon merit the day i'ld renew my sub.
As of yet i am yet to receive either and according to my plaync master account page my points balance is still the 200 left it was yesterday. I contacted support last night but apart from the automated response i have had no contact yet.
So im just wondering is my renewal too soon for the extra points/merit to be added to my account or should i chase it up more?
[confused by the situation at the moment].
