Plant/Kin question
I usually go seeds, carrion creepers (slow effect), then fulcrum shift, followed by bile spray after backing up a bit, and that's usually it for them, but that's me.
What level are you running? +4?
On my plant/kin/fire who has 36 ranged def and 71 S/L res, I usually open with roots, hover in or run in, fulcrum then fireball. I only use seeds if the mobs are particularly tough or I want to be lazy.

Doh, forgot about creepers. Creepers first before roots since they will knockdown some of the mobs.

So I leveled up a Plant/Kin/Stone to 50 and have been kitting him out.
Question is, how do you guys open on big spawns (+3/8 etc.)?
On my permadom Plant/Fire/Fire I'm used to Seeds + Roots ftw, followed by AOE goodness. Everything is locked down and burning.
With this Plant/Kin, he is soft-capped to S/L with capped HP (rock armor and earth's embrace). But opening with Seeds always seems to leave some stragglers who pummel on him -- made worse by the lack of mez protect. And having to run up to get in the middle for Fulcrum Shift.
I guess I have to go Clarion for mez protect?
Just curious how you guys are dealing with large spawns.
Also is it me or does the damage on Fissure absolutely blow (esp. when not contained)?
