The hands have been there for as long as I can remember. I've got them on several toons.
However, the tattooed hands are the only thing females get.
Wishlist: Tattoos for other parts of the female body (torso, back, upper arms, etc).

Have females always had the option of tatooed hands and I've just missed it the past 6 years, or is this a new texture for females.
I can't find anything else that's tattooed for women, I still can't make my Kat Von D corruptor yet
