Missing Maps and Mission Complete

I had to petition this earlier, but managed to find a work around, so thought I'd repost here in case anyone else had the same problems.

The arc in Ouroboros is “No More Fears” from Officer Fields. The mission I experienced difficulty in is the 3rd (after talking to two people) on in the mission titled “Go to the sewers where the Vahzilok were last seen”. I was soloing the arc on my exemp'd level 50.

On entering the mission I discovered that the map didn't work. In the Map window was Atlas Park, and the red Mission Marker was displayed about a cm to the left in the black space surrounding the map.

After defeating the required number of Vahzilok bad guys the navigation window remained blank of any further instructions. The “Mission Complete!" text did not flash up on the screen, nor did an “Exit” button or even a "Find the exit" appear. I clicked the “Contacts” tab and the text under the contact’s picture said “Mission Complete! Return to Contact.” Without the instance having a map I then had to find the exit without any marker/waypoint.

On exiting the Navigation window that usually says "Mission Complete! Return to contact!" still remained blank, so I used the Contact window to find my way back to the Contact where I continued the mission arc.

After running the Arc again via Ouroboros flashback on my level 50 character I encountered another player in the mission who was not doing the arc through Ouroboros, and was certainly not on my team as I was soloing... not sure if this is WAI or not.

That is actually a "sub-zone" (kinda like stores) and is one single space that all players with that mission share.

It's a way to minimize use of the instance-map-server by lowbies.
