Retrieving Character list from Defiant.... for 20mins now

I can't seem to get in game at all, its just been sitting there trying to retrieve the character list. I'm sure Defiant isn't full. Anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: I can login to all the other servers, but it just sits there at the retrieving on Defiant which is where all of my characters are (11 total)
