Nope. they're apparently being patched in later, prior to or at the Freedom launch proper.

No. There's a six-pack of them on sale in the store (or there was yesterday), which you could use some of the "head-start" points you got to obtain. It's quite a good price if you're going to use them.
We'll be getting one free transfer sometime next week, if the fates are kind.

FYI, my free transfer came in today's patch, so probably others are getting them as well.
I find your lack of signature disturbing.
Curious... do we get to keep the transfer token earned as a VIP if we drop to Premium, or does it need to be used before hand?
They stack and you keep them forever, regardless of account status.
