Free Advertising for COH: Freedom

Even if only one person does this per city, it could be a significant increase in sales for the game...so if you feel like it , post an ad on your local classified site, delete and re-post it periodically to keep it a current listing.

That is my local classifieds, I just wanted to show an example. It doesn`t have to be Kijiji , it could be any internet classified site that is popular in your hometown. I thought it was a great idea and thought other people may like to help out that way as well.

I have personally try to promote COH anyway I can since I started playing, I can`t believe the amount of business they do have and have kept over the years for relatively small marketing. I never see ads, anywhere, ever. Imagine how much it could grow if there were advertising!

EG, I have been doing this since July of 2007... I'm not quite sure I can go so far as to say I am probably their biggest source of free advertising, but I think I'm up in the top 10, at least.

YAY!

I really think if we can get more people to do this, it will really pay off for everyone! Your you tube videos alone draw people in for sure, (every time I watch one I`m like okay I HAVE to play NOW, lol ). I am glad there are others who are already doing this and to be honest, I don`t feel like a nut for posting the idea on the forums anymore, I was hesitant, but I thought wth, if even one person come into the game because of it, it will have been worth it!

Word of mouth really does work wonders. I'm not sure how I feel about "make an ad, then delete it and remake it so it always stays on top", since that sort of behavior is kind of sketchy, but I would definitely stand behind promoting the game where one can.

Well how current you want to keep it is up to you, I don't condone repeatedly spamming and ad everyday to keep it on top either...but there's nothing wrong with re posting it every couple months or so , so fresh eyes see it...that would be more accurate to what I meant.
