Most artist by default think a response to their work is one of reservation or disappointment, even when all prior responses are of glowing praise and overwhelming support.

Normally I have enough sense of self-worth that all previous comments would be taken gracefully and with a smile of thanks. (Seriously, at HeroCon 2008, I had Human_Being, Cobalt_Azurean, and a few other guys trying to teach me how to accept a compliment. It took a while.)

Until the demon on my shoulder goes, "Of course, if your videos were worth a #*!&, you'd be getting paid for them." :S
