In the Ustream this morning, they said it would launch when it launches. Basically, they want to make sure everything is running smoothly in the head start and iron out any nasty hiccups, then they'll unleash it upon the unsuspecting population.

At least, that's how I like to imagine it will take place.
We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.

Has there been any official word on when the free version of I21 starts?
I was all anxious to text my friends that I21 was live and they could play but then I remembered this was just the head start.
