150 emails per day...

So while i was consolidating all my uncommons and rare salvage *plus any rare and purple recipes* all onto my solo SG via the email system I ran into a very interesting problem.

After emailing myself 150 items, i could no longer email anymore... Which made my plans to have everything consolidated delayed by another day.

So besides getting a second account, or bugging a friend to join my SG so i can self invite my other characters (and leave my other SGs) is there a easier way to transfer a ton of salvage/recipes between my own character? Is the 15 second time between emails being removed with i21? Will the 150 emails a day limitations also be removed, or atleast extended?

Premium account, SG license.

But yeah, sorta need SG bases for that kind of thing.

Which is why i created the SG base in the first place, as a means to store all my drops in 1 location, so when i need them, i can just load up the 'storage' character, grab what i need, email it to myself, and slot on the character that needs it.

Its a great plan, the only problem is getting everything to said character.. I've crafted about 80-ish recipes via all the rares and uncommons i've managed to email to myself, and I'm ok enough with doing it this way (as global storage doesn't seem likely, and increasing self storage is already kinda happening with i21) i just don't like being limited to 150 transfers a day..clearing over 12 characters worth of salvage is a lot more then 150 items, and thats not even counting the fact i've been rolling alignment merits as much as possible to build an even bigger storage.

sounds like you hoard way to much lol. One possible fix is to convert everything to influence via selling them at the market then mailing large amounts of influence around to your toons ( which will certainly be less than 150 a day).

Alternately, if you arent in a sg on some toons, get them into your solo SG so that you can go to the base instead of mailing the items on that toon.

I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.

I do a similar thing, but I don't usually try to send salvage around. I typically just send the crafted IO to the storage character, and craft the recipes on the characters that have them. I buy the salvage if I don't already have it. I also don't try to do everything at once.

I recently consolidated around 40 purple IOs from dozens of characters played over several years this way, as well as many rares and high-demand uncommons.

It's really the sort of project you don't want to do all at once, because you'll wind up getting impatient.

I'm getting impatient on some of my rares, but at 1.5 million a pop at buy it now prices, its not too bad. The problem is i'm running outta uncommons salvage..

I think i'm up to 140 crafted enhancements from all my random rolls.. i'm thinking i'll have to junk a salvage storage bin, and get another enhancement bin in my little 2 room base..

Or you could roll up a Claws/Electric Brute (see my CEBR thread in the Brute forums), level it up to 50 on a new server in under 6 hours, and use a private SG there for all of your Salvage storage. That's what I do. I keep the Salvage Storage bases well stocked, and I can use patient bids for all of the Salvage to keep my costs down. In fact I have several Salvage Storage bases, 2 for high level stuff and 1 for mid level. With 18 storage bins holding 30 items each, I can hold 15 of all 36 different Salvage pieces in a level range. Then I store most of my crafted Enhancements in yet another base which is loaded with Enhancement storage bins (an old base with much more Prestige, because those Enhancement Storage bins are expensive). I never email Salvage anymore, I just sell the rare stuff and delete everything else. My process means 2 emails for every Recipe I want to craft and store, but I never even knew about the 150 limit so obviously I've never hit it.

Goodbye and thanks for all the fish.

I thought you stored salvage in Buffer Overdose 3 on Justice.

I have so many different bases it's hard to keep track, but I believe all of the main Buffer bases plus the extra numbered ones are public for Superteams.
