No vine counter during treespec

Over the past week, I've run five Tree of Thorns respec trials. On four out of five, including all three today, I did not have a vine counter for the final mission; instead, my nav bar told me to defeat the tree and take the nexus. Others on my teams today reported similar issues, while some did have the counter. For the three runs today, it seemed that people who had it on one run had it for all of them, while those who didn't have it on one didn't have it for any.

When discussing the bug, one team member reported similar issues with the tree mission in the STF.

Yep seen it alot on Treespecs and STFs and for sometime now. Were you speeding? I only ever see it if you don't clear through to the last room. Some sort of timing issue.
