Just curious, all the other ATs benefit much more from those bonuses than a Mastermind ever will since their damage modifier is so low (as are their actual attack powers with a few exceptions) and their primary damage source is their pets.

The VR Soulbound Allegiance Pet Damage set has a Chance for Build Up proc that affects the pet it's slotted in.

Fair reasoning, I'd say. Given that input, I can see where it might make sense for the bonuses to apply to MM pets, but to the best of my knowledge, no set bonuses apply to anything or anyone but the character which has the sets slotted.
