If you time out you get bonus xp?

I've already forgotten about most of you

Yep, according to my scrollback when I ran it twice earlier to get my new scrapper from 19 to 20 (That EB xp is lovely) and I couldn't be bothered to run out the second time.

That's...dumb.

I liked the story actually. Its always nice to see little used enemy groups (like the igneous) get some spotlight, although i thought some of the missions were a bit confusing

What part was confusing? What's at stake and what is going on is always pretty clear, other than the parts they obviously left unanswered for future story arcs.

I liked the use of the Igneous as well, worked well for the story (been liking how they have been using more of the villain groups that do not have much content lately... really liked seeing Odysseus in Mortimer Kal, for instance). Being lowered to level 20 isn't all that fun, but it was okay for all of that.

Guide: Tanking, Wall of Fire Style (Updated for I19!), and the Four Rules of Tanking
Story Arc:
Belated Justice, #88003
Synopsis: Explore the fine line between justice and vengeance as you help a hero of Talos Island bring his friend's murderer to justice.
Grey Pilgrim: Fire/Fire Tanker (50), Victory

well, the most confusing part for me was the find the door part, where it was not really obvious where the door was...and i'm excited to see where this story is going, hopefully they work in more little used groups, like hydra or something

Part 2 is up, contacts in Talos and Sharkhead. Really nice to see them add a new NPC group that was mentioned in Darrian Wade's arc. Make sure you "eye" up their gloves and chest armor, hopefully we'll see them as costume pieces.

Comparative length to #1? Rewards?

3 missions that take longer than the ones from part 1 because there's more to them, waves of ambushes, a chase through multiple maps, etc. Say 20-30 minute guestimate for the whole thing, you won't be blitzing these in under 10. All missions are in zone with minimal travel time, about the same as part 1.

Rewards, same choices but Posi explains how you get them better than I just tried to:
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showt...18#post3888318

"To clarify the rewards on the SSA's.

There is a "First Time Played" reward, that is independent of the 1-week cooldown. Thus when you first play an SSA, it will seem like you can get two rewards. In the following weeks it will only be one.

All SSA's share the same week-long cooldown, so when you have SSA 1.1 and SSA 1.2 and SSA 1.3, you can only get one week-long cooldown reward, not one for each.

The above is the reason for the "First Time Played" reward. A player who starts playing SSAs in the middle or the end of the arc isn't gated by the week-long cooldowns. They can play each SSA and get the good reward table every time. Only after they have done the "First Time" will they be gated further by the week-long cooldown."

New arc caps out at level 30, which is nicer than the first one. Contact is just north of the vault in Talos, on the street up that hill. You can see him on the map, solid green dot, Michael... something. Can't recall the name, sorry.

Nice and short arc again, with a fairly interesting story. I for some reason did not remember who Tommy Arcanus is, or how he related to Numina, so that was fun.
